If you want to enjoy fresh tomatoes from your garden before Christmas, you can start growing them indoors now so that you have advanced seedlings ready to plant once the cold weather has passed.

Green Day
Thank you to the staff, teachers and students who made Green Day in Term 2 a big success. Green Day raised $415 and all classes raised enough to get a tree.
Bunnings BBQ Volunteers Needed
We have been very fortunate to secure a second BBQ at Thornleigh Bunnings this year on Saturday 4th August. These BBQ’s are a big fundraiser for the Eco garden. If anyone would like to help on the day for an
hour or two please contact Nicky Hall.
Seating Area
Have a look at the fabulous seating installed by our wonderful volunteers last term. Doesn’t it look great? HENS Meeting We are hosting the HENS meeting (Hornsby Environment Network for Schools) on Wednesday August 1st in the Eco garden/Library. Anyone interested is more than welcome to come along.
